1. Introduction

Welcome to QR Password Manager (QPM), a cutting-edge mobile password manager service provided by eStorm. QPM includes a PC Chrome browser extension and a mobile app, designed to enhance your online security and convenience across devices.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using QPM, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must discontinue use of QPM.

3. Service Description

QPM securely stores your online service IDs and passwords on your smartphone, and allows seamless login via a QR code scanned by the QPM mobile app. This service extends to both web browsers through a PC extension and mobile applications, offering a unified password management solution.

4. Free vs. Subscription Service

QPM offers both a free and subscription-based service. The free service limits users to storing information for up to 20 online services and displays ads. The subscription service offers unlimited storage, no ads, and additional features.

5. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining their biometric information and remembering their PIN code registered with the QPM app. Loss of access due to forgotten PIN or biometric failure is the user’s responsibility. Users must also ensure the security of their smartphone as QPM cannot restore account information if the device is lost.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

QPM prioritizes user privacy by storing all data locally on the user’s smartphone, protected by advanced encryption and accessible only via biometric authentication. This approach eliminates risks associated with cloud storage and unauthorized access.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the QPM service, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents, are owned by eStorm or its licensors. Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use QPM in accordance with these terms.

8. Amendments to Terms

eStorm reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

eStorm strives to ensure the security of your data but cannot guarantee protection against all potential vulnerabilities of mobile and browser platforms. eStorm is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of QPM.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Seoul, South Korea.
